While we will do our best to accommodate your request, notifying us of a cancellation is not a guarantee that we will be able to retrieve the order if it has already been processed for shipment. If we are unable to cancel your order and it does ship, you may refuse the package upon delivery. In such cases, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, and a store credit will be issued for the merchandise once it is returned to us.
Payment Terms
We accept payment via major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) and PayPal. Your chosen payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.
- Payment Security: We understand that online credit card security is a significant concern. When you enter your credit card number and billing information into our system, it is immediately and securely sent to our bank for verification. We do not store your credit card numbers in our system.
- Chargebacks: You agree to address any and all product and transaction claims solely with us and not to initiate, under any circumstances, charge refusals or chargebacks with credit card issuers without prior communication with All American Wax regarding any issues or concerns. Should a user file a chargeback without prior communication, any future attempts at ordering from All American Wax may not be accepted.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed with All American Wax are subject to our separate Shipping Policy, which details processing times, shipping methods, costs, and important notes regarding delivery. The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. All American Wax does not support the use of freight forwarding services, and customers engage freight forwarders at their own risk. We will not complete or sign any documentation from freight forwarding companies or agents.
