All American Wax Shipping Policy
At All American Wax, we are dedicated to ensuring your orders are processed efficiently and delivered reliably across the United States. Leveraging our central U.S. location and robust distribution network, we strive to get your premium waxes to you as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Order Processing Times
Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
- Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
- Expedited Shipping: Orders placed with an expedited shipping method (e.g., overnight, 2-day air) are typically processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 11:00 AM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day in the order they were received. If a rush is needed, please contact your sales rep or email us at sales@allamericanwax.com.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, with options displayed at checkout.
- Standard Ground Shipping: For most U.S. residents, orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Our central U.S. hub allows for efficient transit times nationwide.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at an additional cost, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
- Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Notification Email containing your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination of your order, and the selected shipping method. All applicable shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. These rates include packaging materials to ensure your wax arrives safely.
Shipping Origin
All All American Wax orders ship directly from our facility in the central United States. This strategic location enables us to provide efficient and timely delivery to customers across the country.
Important Notes & Exceptions
- Accuracy of Delivery Estimates: While we strive for accuracy, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal volumes.
- Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it due to our rapid processing times. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
- No International Shipping: At this time, All American Wax only ships within the contiguous United States.
